Requirements to open the account

Walk into any of our branches across the country with the following:

  • A certificate of incorporation

  • A memorandum and articles of association

  • An opening balance of Shs. 50,000

  • Passport-sized photos can be taken at our branches at no cost

  • Registered board resolution to open account.

  • Company form 7- Particulars of Directors.(certified copy).

  • Company form 9 – Physical address details. (Certified copy)

  • Valid trading License.

  • Nature of business, estimated income amount and nature of deposits.
