FINCA Uganda Limited (MDI) is a Microfinance Deposit-taking Institution in Uganda, licensed and supervised by the Bank of Uganda as a Tier 3 Financial Institution. FINCA currently has a total of 28 networked locations across the country. FINCA Uganda has been in existence since 1992, for the 30 years in operation, providing low-income segments with financial products that help them create jobs, build assets, and improve their standards of living.
FINCA Uganda is currently pursuing a digital transformation strategy where it seeks to optimize efficiency through touch-tech products and processes. To this effect, FINCA Uganda is in the process of redesigning and automation of its Self-Managed Group Loan product, which targets informal sector clients ready to organize themselves into group-guarantee lending schemes administered by FINCA. FINCA is thus seeking for a digital service solution that is capable of facilitating group members’ onboarding processes, self-loan origination and loan workflow management, administration of group members’ KYC, savings and loans tracking system, and integration with FINCA’s core banking system and mobile financial solution platform.
FINCA Uganda is seeking for services of capable vendors who can provide Self-Managed Groups’ management solution to be delivered as part of the scope of the detailed Terms of Reference provided. All interested parties should download them by clicking here
