INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND WORKS UNDER PROCUREMENT REF. NO. FU/SUPLS/SRVCS/WRKS 2023-2024

FINCA Uganda Ltd (MDI) is in the process of soliciting service providers for the year 2023-2024. This is therefore to invite suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed prequalification submissions for the provision/ supply of assorted categories of supplies, services and works for the period 2023 and 2024.

Terms and Conditions

Interested eligible bidders may obtain prequalification documents (in English) upon payment of a non- refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One hundred thousand only for each reference category). The method of payment will be by cash at FINCA Uganda, at any of FINCA Uganda branches.  The bid document shall ONLY BE ISSUED IN SOFT/ ELECTRONIC COPY to the bidder’s working email address or the Bidder shall download from FINCA UGANDA website here.

Submission

The submissions shall be done in one sealed envelope at the address below on or before 12th May 2022 with attention to:

 Late Submissions shall be rejected and FINCA Uganda reserves the right to accept or reject any application or all applications.

Evaluation

The bids will be evaluated in accordance with the guidelines stated in the prequalification document. Prequalification is open to all eligible bidders and providers already doing business with FINCA Uganda are required to re-apply.

 NOTE: If your submission is not evidenced by the payment of the non-refundable fee, your bid will be rejected.
