FINCA Uganda Ltd (MDI) intends to dispose of assets that include furniture, generators, motorcycles, printers, computers etc. and hereby invite applications from interested bidders. The assets will be sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis and FINCA Uganda ltd will have no further liability after the goods are sold.
Sealed bids must be submitted to FINCA Uganda Head Office on Plot 11B, Acacia Avenue, Kololo, Kampala, clearly marked “APPLICATION FOR DISPOSAL OF ASSETS FY 2022” not later than Thursday, 13th October 2022 at 3:00pm. Late bids shall be rejected.
Below is the list for motorcycles and the Generators but the other assets have been lotted and can be accessible upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 50,000 except for items that will be disposed off from our respective branches across the network.

Successful bidders shall be required to pay a nonrefundable commitment fee (10% of the bid price) within 48hours upon being notified and will be expected to clear the amount within (One) 1 week thereafter and pick the disposed assets. Please note that only successful bidders will be contacted. In case a successful bidder fails to pay, the second highest bidder shall be contacted, and the same procedure shall be followed. Failure to pay the full amount by the close of the 1st week shall automatically lead to forfeiting the 10% commitment fee.
Viewing of the items shall begin on 26th September 2022 to 6th October 2022 (2:00pm -4:00pm EAT) Monday – Friday and will be pre-arranged from the FINCA Uganda Administration team upon proof of payment of the nonrefundable fee. No viewing shall be allowed on Sundays and public holidays.
