Ritah is an accomplished Internal Audit professional with 14 years of experience in banking, internal auditing, and financial management. She views Audit as a strategic alliance and partnership that supports the achievement of corporate strategy.
She has previously held audit supervisory roles at Centenary Bank. At FINCA Uganda, Ritah oversees the Internal Audit department. She holds an MBA in Finance from Amity University, India, and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
