Collin Muyanja is the CEO of Ranchers Finest Ltd, a producer of both fresh and frozen meat products in the East Africa region. Prior to this, he worked as Sales and Distribution Director for both MTN Uganda and MTN Zambia.
A strategic business professional with over 23 years of experience across Africa, Collin has provided commercial expertise and strategic direction in multiple companies, managing diverse sales channels, and overseeing the successful implementation of business strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives. He is a proven business turnaround specialist, having successfully led challenging projects in both the telecom and finance sectors.
Collin served as the FINCA Zambia Board Chairperson for six years and joined FINCA Uganda as a Non-Executive Independent Director in 2024. He is an Africa Board Fellow and a Global Executive Development Program (GIBS) alumnus.
He brings extensive regional experience, strategic management expertise, and strong skills in business turnaround, risk management, sales and distribution, marketing, and financial management.
